1. Motor part

The motor is located at the lower part of the oil immersed submersible pump and is a three-phase squirrel cage induction vertical motor. The inner cavity of the motor is filled with No. 5 mechanical oil to facilitate heat dissipation, cooling, and bearing lubrication of the motor winding. The motor is Class B insulated. The bottom cover, oil chamber inlet joint, and outlet box of the oil immersed submersible pump are made of cast iron. The power cables used for the motor are YZW type or other types of cables with equivalent performance.

There are new ideas in the structure of the motor. The traditional structure of setting rubber expanders at the lower part of the motor inner cavity to adjust the pressure of the motor inner cavity has been replaced. The structure of controlling the oil injection amount into the motor stator cavity and leaving a certain cavity at the upper part of the motor stator cavity to adjust the pressure of the motor inner cavity has been adopted. The new structure of the oil immersed submersible pump is safer and more reliable than the traditional structure. The motor wiring board also uses our factory's products, which is more than the traditional wiring board, More secure and reliable.

2. Sealing part

The dynamic seal is located in the oil chamber composed of the water inlet joint and the upper end cover at the extension of the motor shaft. It adopts a dual end face unbalanced mechanical seal structure. The first sealing module pair is made of cemented carbide, and the second sealing module is made of ceramic. This mechanical seal has good performance such as wear resistance and high temperature resistance, long service life, and good sealing effect. The static seal is located at the joint fitting of each part of the electric pump and adopts an "O" type oil resistant rubber sealing ring.

3. Water pump part

The material used for the water pump parts of various types of electric pumps is cast iron. If the user requires corrosion resistance, the pump part can be coated with anti-corrosion and wear-resistant materials using stainless steel or cast iron, but it needs to be noted in the order. The water pump part is located on the upper part of the motor and consists of impeller, guide vane, and pump body. For two-stage and multi-stage pumps, one impeller, one intermediate guide vane, and one intermediate pump body are added for each stage. For high lift pumps, a pressure reducing check valve is provided, It can reduce the water hammer pressure during shutdown and avoid damage and accidents of the electric pump.

4. Control section

The control part protects the motor components of the electric pump and provides users with corresponding startup control protection cabinets. Motors above 30KW are equipped with an overheat protection switch at the end of the stator winding. When the motor temperature rises too high, the switch will automatically reset. The control device configured by the user shall protect the electric pump from overload, overheating, phase loss, overvoltage, and undervoltage.
