Compared to ordinary sewage pumps, the cutting pump has some differences in structure. At the bottom of the body, there is a set of high-strength cutting impellers, which can easily cut fibers, feces, branches, and other debris. The body structure is compact and has good environmental adaptability.
Selection Instructions.
To select a suitable cutting pump, the following points should be noted
1. Determine the voltage: Select the voltage according to the actual needs, and three-phase electricity is preferred. (Voltage stability of three-phase electricity)
2. Determine power: Select based on your own usage environment and actual needs. (The greater the power, the greater the force of the machine.)
3. Determine the lift: In popular terms, the lift refers to the vertical height of the Z height that needs to be pumped. (Unit: meter)
4. Determine the distance: that is, the horizontal distance to be drawn. (Unit: meter)
Special reminder: The higher the lift, the better. Choosing an equal or slightly larger lift is the key

Maintenance
In order to ensure the normal use and service life of the cutting submersible sewage pump, regular inspection and maintenance should be carried out:
1. Replacement of sealing ring: After long-term use in sewage media, the gap between the impeller and the sealing ring may increase, resulting in a decrease in the flow rate and efficiency of the water pump. You should turn off the electric switch, lift the water pump, remove the bottom cover, take off the sealing ring, and match the sealing ring according to the actual size of the impeller mouth ring, with a gap generally around 0.5 mm.
2. When the cutting submersible sewage pump is not used for a long time, it should be cleaned and hoisted in a ventilated and dry place, paying attention to antifreeze. If placed in water, run for at least 30min every 15 days (dry grinding is not allowed) to check its function and adaptability.
3. Check the cables at least once a year, and replace them if they are damaged.
4. Check the motor insulation and fastening screws at least once a year. If the fastening screws are loose, please retighten them.
5. Before leaving the factory, the submersible sewage pump has been injected with an appropriate amount of engine oil to lubricate the mechanical seal. The engine oil should be inspected once a year. If water is found in the engine oil, drain it, replace the engine oil, replace the sealing gasket, and tighten the screw plug. After three weeks, it is necessary to recheck. If the engine oil becomes emulsion again, the mechanical seal should be inspected and replaced if necessary
